Garry Capelli
Chairman of Directors/Managing Director

Garry Capelli is the founder of PROSPERITY EXCHANGE and has been involved in the business performance, leadership and self management industries for over twenty years.  During this time Garry has presented seminars, workshops, residential programmes and keynote speaking engagements to corporate and individual clients as well as providing specialised business consultancy services to professionals, executives, managers and business owners.

Garry's key focus in working with any business is to make sure that it is appropriately strategically positioned within the marketplace to gain the maximum profit and capitalisation value.  He has worked with thousands of companies over the last twenty years to add value from 10 to 100 times the level that the owners/shareholders thought was possible.  His unique method of working with a business allows him to easily formulate, document and protect the intellectual property of a business to create maximum shareholder value and increasing, exponential returns on investment.

 

Susan Abbott B.Bus (Acctg) CPA FTIA
Director Finance and Corporate Strategy

Susan Abbott is a Director of PROSPERITY EXCHANGE and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Curtin University in Western Australia, is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.  Susan is currently completing a Masters Degree with Deakin University, specialising in Law and International Business.

Susan's formal training and tertiary education as an Accountant has seen her work extensively in the areas of tax accounting and small business planning and advice for some twenty one years, six of those years with the Chartered Accounting firm, Horwath & Horwath (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers),

followed by four years as a Tax Manager with Simmonds LeFevre and then eleven years in her own Accountancy and Business Advisory service.

Susan's primary focus is in the development of appropriate business structures and finance models to maximise capitalisation and growth opportunities.  Susan has also been involved in small business training and development for over thirteen years and has accumulated a wealth of
hands-on experience and knowledge of the industry, including the raising of capital.

 

Leanne Rogers
Director Business Operations

Leanne Rogers is a Director of PROSPERITY EXCHANGE and advisor in the area of business operations.  Prior to joining Prosperity Exchange, Leanne had spent the previous seven years working in the knowledge management and business development industry covering all aspects of the business from marketing, financial management, data base management, campaign planning and execution through to logistics direction and overall office management.  Leanne also has many years experience in managing retail operations with a number of large Australian retailers.

Leanne has further developed her own operational systems and data base management methods for small to medium size enterprises which are made available to the clients of PROSPERITY EXCHANGE to enhance their office procedures to world best practice and ensure all staff functions are documented and efficiently managed to ensure maximum profitability in any business.

 

Benjamin (Ben) Morton, LLB
Manager Legal Services

Ben Morton is a founding partner with the Perth based law firm Eley Palmer Archer and has significant experience in the areas of corporations law, commercial law and the legal requirements for fundraising.  Ben's firm has successfully raised capital for a number of clients under both an Information Memorandum and Offer Information Statement format, as unlisted entities.  Ben has also advised in the areas of prospectus preparation for listing requirements.

Ben offers a broad range of practical legal experience and expertise to PROSPERITY EXCHANGE.

 

Don Rogers CPA, ACIS
Manager Business Development & Corporate Governance

Don Rogers is a Certified Practising Accountant and Associate of Chartered Secretaries Australia and has over 30 years commercial and corporate experience gained during his time with B.H.P. and WA Salvage Pty Ltd (formerly ALCO Holdings and part of the Wesfarmers Group of Companies).

Operating as Company Secretary, Finance Administration Manager and Director of WA Salvage, Don has developed significant expertise in accounting systems and reporting, analysis of financial results and position, budgeting and forward planning, information and technology administration, strategic planning and implementation, internal controls and corporate governance.

Don's expansive background and knowledge provides a valuable and strategic benefit not only to the growth and development of PROSPERITY EXCHANGE but also to the commercialisation process and operational development of clients businesses.
